It's okay to go through all those, sometimes, they happen, it's not abnormal, it's pretty normal part of life, or it should be. But people can be very ruthless and cruel about failures. 💔 It can leave am impact that takes quite a while to heal.
And those people that laughed at you, those people who didn't care to emphathise or understand where you came from are insensitive about it. They wouldn't be able to show their faces of they went through the same thing. You're so strong to keep moving forth, so brave to share it and empower and inspire others to feel normal, because success and failure adlrw a part of life.
It's okay to feel those emotions, sometimes they come from the loneliest places. It also means, they deserve love, patience, compassion, soothing words and confrontations in the form of "I can do this", "It feels like that right now, but I know I am not", "You're a chaos in me, it hurts, it's troubling, it's frustrating, but I will handle you with ease, with love and assurance".
Some of our difficult emotions get easier once we acknowledge them. That's the first step towards dealing with them.
You're already doing so great, journaling is one of the best ways to deal with them, you're already on a journey to be the indestructible women!
